The resort had beautiful gardens, 3 fantastic swimming pools, and a beachfront location. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to arranging transportation and activities. The kitesurfing opportunities were excellent, with good wind conditions and a clean beach.

If your plans include visiting lamai beach, you should stay here. It is so close to the airport. Location, a short walk to all attractions. We loved this hotel

This hotel resides in a quiet unspoilt area on a beautiful island while still being minutes away from excellent restaurants. the trimmed garden and proximity to sea offer nice views and refreshing ambience. Rooms are clean, spacious, and come with large bathrooms, tasty breakfast, and an impressive aquarium and tiger zoo.
The hotel's decor and facilities are quite old and outdated.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a quiet area close to the beautiful Lamai Beach. The location was right on the beach with a breeze that kept the area cool and comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the pools and kite surfing lessons, were excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, transportation to the city was provided several times per day.

Spent Christmas week here and had a pleasant stay. The resort offered free shuttle buses to nearby towns which was really useful. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. We really enjoyed the variety of pools and the fact that there was an aquarium on site. The proximity to the beach was the best part, it was beautiful and not too busy.
The rooms were a bit basic and could use some updating. The air conditioning could be a bit temperamental at times.
